Sue Rimmer BA (Hons) After studying the form of memory in my ceramic work, I have recently been introducing my ceramic work to my textile art, which opens up a new horizon for me to stretch my inagination further. After gaining my degree from UWIC in 2005, I was invited to join VOGA and was consequently able to take part in a workshop at the Barry Waterfront Tall Ships Festival. Later that year I exhibited at the Maximum Exposure Gallery, Weston Square, Barry. I also exhibited at the NAME (New Artist and Makers Emporium) in Lilbourne, Warwickshire and from there I was invited to exhibit at the Flame Studio Ceramics, Droitwich. This year, 2008, with other VOGA artists, I am exhibiting at Farthings Restaurant, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan and have exhibited at the National Eisteddfod in Cardiff. Also to come are exhibitions at Dyffryn Gardens in September and the Old Hall, Cowbridge 13th October to 15th November.
